General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

(1) These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers (Section 13 of the German Civil Code - BGB) and entrepreneurs (Section 14 BGB) via our online shop CleanDampf.

(2) Deviating terms and conditions of the customer only become part of the contract if we have expressly agreed to their validity in writing.

2. Contracting Party

3. Conclusion of Contract

(1) The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order.

(2) By clicking the “Buy Now” button, the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.

(3) After receiving the order, the customer will receive an automatic order confirmation via e-mail. This confirmation does not yet represent an acceptance of the offer.

(4) The contract is only concluded upon our express order confirmation or by dispatch of the goods.

4. Prices and Terms of Payment

(1) All stated prices include statutory taxes, if applicable.

(2) Shipping costs are shown separately during the ordering process.

(3) The following payment methods are available – as far as offered in the ordering process:

  • PayPal
  • Credit card
  • Klarna
  • Sofortüberweisung (instant bank transfer)
  • Bank transfer

(4) The purchase price is due immediately after the conclusion of the contract.

5. Delivery

(1) Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the customer.

(2) Delivery times are stated on the respective product pages.

(3) Should a ordered product be exceptionally unavailable, we will inform the customer immediately. In this case, payments already made will be fully refunded.

(4) Partial deliveries are permitted insofar as they are reasonable for the customer.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal.

The direct costs of returning the goods are to be borne by the customer. Returns take place after prior contact with our customer service, which will provide the customer with further return information.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, a clear statement via e-mail to the following address is sufficient:

The statutory regulations regarding withdrawal remain unaffected.

7. Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

8. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.

9. Liability

(1) We are liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health, as well as in the case of intent, gross negligence, and according to the provisions of the Product Liability Act.

(2) In the event of slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, our liability is limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage.

(3) Any further liability is excluded, as far as legally permissible.

10. Data Protection

Personal data is processed exclusively in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

11. Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention.

If the customer is a consumer and has their habitual residence in another country, mandatory consumer protection provisions of that country remain unaffected.

12. Dispute Resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

13. Final Provisions

Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
