You may return your order within 14 days of receipt of the goods as part of the statutory right of withdrawal.
How to return your item

Please include your order number as well as the reason for the return (e.g., withdrawal or exchange).
Our customer service team will then send you all the necessary information as well as the appropriate return address for your package.
Return shipping costs
To the extent permitted by law, you shall bear the direct costs of the return.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will refund the purchase amount using the same payment method you used for your order.
Return instructions
Before shipping the return, the device must be completely emptied and dried. There must be no water or other liquids left in the device or accessories.
If a device is returned containing residual water or liquids and this causes damage to the device, the packaging, or other shipments, we reserve the right to claim legally permissible compensation or damages, or to deduct these from the refund.
